CHRISTOPHER LITTLEFIELD, FOUNDER
Chris works with individuals and teams from around the globe and across industries to develop the critical skills and self-awareness needed to produce extraordinary results. With over 10 years of experience designing and leading programs that create understanding and trust between youth and adults from areas that have seen protracted international conflicts such as the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Northern Ireland, Chris has developed a keen depth of knowledge and insight into the dynamics of human relationships.
He has translated this knowledge into the development of AcknowledgmentWorks’ highly interactive consulting, training, and coaching services. Based jointly in Santiago, Chile and the United States, Chris is Harvard University trained in negotiation, certified in mediation, and has a BA in Global Interactions from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
